The Opportunity
Now we need participants to help us own it outright — through a halal partnership structure designed to return your capital with a projected Ijārah, in shā' Allāh.
NYMA is acquiring two adjacent properties at 120–128 Sheppard Ave West to develop into a permanent masjid and community centre, in shā' Allāh. Your participation finances the purchase — and NYMA intends to pay you back over a target 5-year term with Ijārah on your share.

The Structure
A genuine co-ownership partnership — the same model trusted for halal home financing across Canada. No ribā. No interest.
The Partnership Structure
NYMA pays rent on the share you hold, projected to be paid every 6 months. It's rent on a real asset, not interest.
Over the target term, NYMA intends to buy back your share in scheduled stages, reducing ownership over time until you are fully repaid, in shā' Allāh.
Final structure, rights, risks, payment schedule, and eligibility requirements will be set out in the legal subscription documents.
